I'm Erin Gibbens, the Online Business and Marketing Strategist for busy, working moms who want to pivot their career and start an online business without stress or mommy guilt. I show you how to create a business that works for you and your family. And, I show you how get started in about an hour a day.  

Why me? Because I get it. I tried for 11 years to create a life I loved and have more time with my family. After a lot of mistakes and starting over, I finally figured it out. I want to help you do it without all the research and trial and error. 

My husband, Ryan, and I have been married for 15 years. We have 3 sweet and strong-willed little girls. I LOVE to travel with my family, plan spontaneous local experiences for them, read non-fiction books, and take lots of pictures. 

I'm an introverted Pisces and Enneagram 2: a creative, idea person who loves to help and hates small talk. 😉 My biggest struggles are anxiety and negative self-talk when I don't meet my own unrealistic expectations.

Every time I sat in traffic for an hour+ commute or got on yet another plane for work, I thought... "I'm missing out on my life and my family!" 

The mommy guilt was strong. All I'd ever wanted was a family, and I was giving my best to everyone but them. I dreamed of more freedom... more time with them.

I tried a more flexible schedule, working from home, and a side business in hopes of working less over time. None of it helped me create more time for them.

So, I started my own training company and quit my job, thinking I could work my own hours, and have more time with my kids. Wow, was I wrong! I successfully ran that company for more than 5 years. But, I was completely burned out only 2 years in, because I was still trading time for money by choosing to offer only services. 

I didn't create multiple income streams, so I couldn't cut back on the services. And even though I had a team of 6, I had no time to create a product to sell. 

Ultimately, I had a serious breakdown and decided to reprioritize my life and my family. I used my training and marketing expertise, and the lessons I learned running that government contracting training business to finally create a business that works for me and my family. I show you exactly how I did it and help you implement it in a way that works for you.
